Book and take a car

  1. 1

    Confirm the exact destination

Paste the full Chinese hotel or sight name and verify district and map pin. Specify the airport terminal and full railway station name, not just the city.

  2. 2

    Reach the assigned pickup

Airports, stations and malls may assign a floor, lane or ride-hailing zone. Reach the correct spot before confirming the ride so the driver is not waiting across a barrier.

  3. 3

Check, buckle up and keep records

Match plate, vehicle and driver in the app, then buckle up. In a taxi, confirm the fare method and request a receipt. For ride-hailing, settle through the order and have extra charges explained in platform records.

02

Enter and exit the metro

  • Select your actual city in the wallet’s transit section and activate the required service. Not every foreign card, number or wallet supports every city; use a ticket machine or help desk if activation fails.
  • Use the same ticket, transport card or transit-code account to enter and exit. Codes commonly refresh, so screenshots are not reliable tickets. Ask staff if your battery dies or a journey record is incomplete.
  • Check the platform’s destination to confirm direction, follow line numbers for transfers and identify the exit letter before leaving. A wrong exit can mean a long walk; not every exit has a lift.
03

If something goes wrong

If a code fails, step away from the gate rather than following another passenger through. Show the order or phone to the service desk. For overcharges or lost belongings, keep the plate, pickup/drop-off points and times and contact the original platform or taxi company. Ask your hotel to help with an official call if needed.

Check before you go

Confirm child seats, accessible vehicles and luggage space in advance. Keep your seat belt on while moving and resolve payment disputes through official support.

04

Common questions

Can I tap a foreign bank card at metro gates?

Only where the city and gates explicitly support your card network; it is not universal. Keep a single ticket or activated local transport service as a fallback.

What if a driver asks me to cancel and pay privately?

Keep the official booking or choose another legitimate vehicle. The order preserves trip, fare and lost-property records.
